Clinical case 3: bite correction
Patient, 14 years old, the girl’s parents came to the clinic with complaints of bite pathology, crowding of teeth on the upper and lower jaw, as well as malposition of canines
Treatment with BioBloc removable apparatus

At the first stage, treatment with a removable apparatus (plate) “Bioblock” was performed. This appliance expands the jaw, enabling further treatment of crowded teeth
Fixation of the Pendulum fixed appliance

In the next stage of treatment we fix the fixed orthodontic appliance Pendulum to the upper jaw to shift back (distalize) the lateral teeth to create a free space for moving the canines and correcting the bite. Gradually move the teeth backwards one by one
Installation of a bracket system

3 months after the placement of the plate, we fix the bracket system on the lateral teeth to gradually move them in the dental arch. After another 2 months, we remove the plate and fix the braces on the front teeth as well. After that, in 3 months the front teeth were completely aligned.
Alignment of teeth on the lower jaw

At this stage, we begin to align the teeth on the lower jaw. For this purpose, we take a compromise way – we fix the buttons only on 3 teeth, and use the buttons to align the position of the lower teeth and create tight contacts between the teeth of the upper and lower jaw
