In the first stage, CT diagnosis and teleradiography of the skull were performed, after which diagnostic models were calculated. It was decided to treat with a self-ligating metal bracket system

Installation of the bracket system on the upper jaw has led to positive results quite quickly: after 2 months, the position of the teeth on the upper jaw is almost completely corrected. We can therefore move on to the next stage

Placement of bracket system on the lower jaw

Fix the bracket system on the side teeth of the lower jaw to distalize (shift backwards) the side teeth, which will give us free spaces where we will later move the crowded front teeth.
After 3 months, when there is room to move around, we will finish fixing the bracket system on the front teeth. The process of alignment of the front teeth and correct positioning of all other teeth took 6 months.

In 2 months we plan to achieve correct tight contacts between the teeth of the upper and lower jaw, after which we will remove the bracket system, make retainer fixation of the upper and lower jaw and make a mouth guard for night wear. The total treatment time will be 1.5 years
