Case No. 4
The patient presented with complaints of missing posterior teeth, pronounced tooth wear, and aesthetic discomfort.
The treatment plan was comprehensive and multi-stage:
Orthodontics: preparation of the dental arches using a partial brace system to ensure optimal positioning of future prosthetic restorations.
Surgery: an open sinus lift was performed, and 7 dental implants were placed to restore the missing teeth.
Prosthetics: complete rehabilitation was carried out — 12 implant-supported crowns and 16 ceramic veneers on the natural teeth were fixed.
Result: full restoration of chewing function, smile aesthetics, and protection of the teeth from further wear. The patient is satisfied with a healthy and harmonious smile.
