Case No. 12

The patient presented for full oral rehabilitation, including replacement of old fillings, caries treatment, and restoration of two missing teeth. An important objective was to improve aesthetics without the use of implants.

The treatment plan included:

• Diagnostics and hygiene — CBCT imaging and professional dental cleaning.
• Root canal treatment in several teeth.
• Restorations and preparation for crowns.
• Teeth whitening.
• Prosthetic treatment: 10 veneers and 7 zirconia crowns for a bridge restoration and reconstruction of posterior teeth.
• Removal of a wisdom tooth.

The entire course of treatment was completed within 1 month, taking into account the patient’s preferences.
Result — a healthy, strong, and aesthetically pleasing smile.
