Case No. 1

The patient presented with complaints of pronounced tooth sensitivity, excessive tooth wear, and pain associated with wisdom teeth. The treatment plan was developed step by step to achieve a stable and predictable outcome.

Diagnostics and preparation. A comprehensive clinical examination and CBCT scan were performed. Caries treatment, removal of wisdom teeth, and professional oral hygiene were completed.

Gnathological correction. To address temporomandibular joint dysfunction and redistribute chewing load, a myorelaxation splint was fabricated and precisely adjusted.

Complete restoration. Total prosthetic rehabilitation of both jaws was carried out using modern zirconia crowns with ceramic veneering, allowing for full restoration of function and aesthetics.

Result: elimination of pain, healthy occlusion, and a beautiful, harmonious smile. The comprehensive approach made it possible to systematically resolve all issues and ensure a long-lasting result.
