Case No. 7

The patient presented with complaints of pathological tooth wear, the absence of a posterior tooth, and issues with previously placed implants. The goal of treatment was the complete restoration of aesthetics and function of the dentofacial system.

The treatment consisted of several stages:

Preparation: deep professional dental cleaning and therapeutic caries treatment to create a healthy oral environment.

Surgery: placement of an implant (ANKYLOS) in the area of the missing tooth to restore chewing function.

Endodontics: thorough retreatment of root canals in the affected teeth.

Prosthetic reconstruction: a full set of modern zirconia crowns with E.Max ceramic veneering was fabricated and fixed on both jaws, along with custom abutments on the implants.

Result: the patient achieved a strong, fully functional, and aesthetically pleasing dentofacial system. The comprehensive approach made it possible to eliminate the cause of tooth wear, restore missing teeth, and create a durable, harmonious result.
